What are the delivery times?

By plane :
Our orders are sent from Monday to Friday to Montreal Airport on the same day that the order is placed. Then, you need to allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your order when weather conditions are favorable.

By Sealift:
You must order approximately three weeks before the departure of the Sealift. It is recommended to reserve your space as soon as possible so that your order is guaranteed to leave.

Can I request a special delivery in an area that is not covered?

Yes, but each of the requests will be analyzed according to the feasibility (transport cost, deadlines, etc.).

Yes, as long as the order has not left the warehouse (only a few hours delay since we send the order the same day) it is possible to cancel it.

Can I modify an order after I have placed it?

A customer service representative follows up each order by phone before sending it. You can modify it if necessary.
